techtropy makes software for companies to challenge and develop their strategy. We help executives test their assumptions and build long-term resilience.
Unlike traditional consultancies, we deliver these capabilities not as one-off reports but as three products that keep drawing on the market data we collect. Each takes on a different obstacle to good strategy.
Our products
Strategy
Challenging and developing your strategy to navigate uncertainty.
Business simulation
Leadership teams learn to master market complexity.
Intelligence
Data, analytics, and forecasts for opaque markets.
Emerging frontiers
Turbulence is highest where technology moves fastest, so that is where we collect data and focus our research. What holds in those markets is what we bring to yours.
Humanoid robotics
Space logistics
Quantum computing
Nuclear fusion
EU sovereignty
Our servers run in Germany, hosted by dataforest in line with the GDPR. Your data never leaves the European Union.
Research
We study how strategy holds up in turbulent markets and publish what we find, free to read. We work with the Chair of Strategic and International Management at the Technical University of Munich.
Our business simulations model realistic, high-complexity markets. Leadership teams run them to stress-test strategic ideas, play out competitor moves, and assess operational risk without capital exposure.
Who are techtropy's products for?
Our products are built for executives, innovation leaders, and product managers at companies under pressure from a cheaper competitor, a supply shock, or a rule they did not plan for. Business schools and universities run the same business simulations with their own cohorts.
How do you model emerging frontiers like quantum computing or space logistics?
We compile mathematical models and operating figures from these industries and feed them into our market engine. Companies can then work through realistic scenarios and see where a market will resist them.
Where does the market data come from?
It is public but scattered, and for fields this young nobody has put it together. We collect technical measurements, supply chain data, patent filings, and industry news ourselves, then structure them to show where a market is heading before the mainstream notices.
Is our data safe on your servers?
Yes. That covers the work itself, not just your account. The business simulations your team runs are computed and stored on the same German servers.
How do we get started?
You can create an account directly and start running our business simulations. For a business simulation built around your own industry, write to us at contact@techtropy.com.
